The El Paso Diary is written by José Pertierra--an attorney who represents the government of Venezuela in its request for the extradition of Luis Posada Carriles. Raúl sends letter of condolences to President of Kazakhstan
The President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, sent a message of condolences to President of Kazakhstan, Nursultán Nazarbáev, following the terrorist attacks in the city of Aktobe, which left four civilians and three soldiers dead, according to a diplomatic source cited by Prensa Latina.
