The El Paso Diary is written by José Pertierra--an attorney who represents the government of Venezuela in its request for the extradition of Luis Posada Carriles. Pertierra´s journals describe the testimony, evidence, legal skirmishes, quirks and follies of this very historic trial that features for the first time the close collaboration of the United States government with Cuban authorities to prosecute an ex CIA agent who is one of the masterminds of the fifty-year old dirty war against Cuba.

They prepare a program of activities to celebrate the 503rd anniversary of Havana

Exhibitions, concerts and exhibitions related to Eusebio Leal Spengler, in addition to the delivery of houses and the inauguration of works, are part of the program conceived by the Office of the Historian of the City of Havana (OHCH) to celebrate the 503rd anniversary of the former Villa of San Cristóbal, next November 16. In a Cuban television report, it was reported that among the novelties, the presentation of a collection of books on the work and legacy of Eusebio Leal Spengler stands out.
