Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel arrived this Thursday at the La Guayaba neighborhood, in the Cerro municipality of the capital, to talk with neighbors and learn about the social transformations taking place in this community, where almost 3,000 people live, reported the Presidency in its Twitter profile.
As part of the transformation actions carried out in La Guayaba, the president toured the new warehouse, the pharmacy and other social works built for the benefit of the community, whose residents previously had to travel more than 3 km to access these services.
When exchanging with the neighbors, Díaz-Canel commented on families and their indisputable value as the nucleus of Cuban society, since from them the harmony of the neighborhood is also protected and defended.
