Cuba’s First Vice President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, will preside over the island’s delegation to Nicaragua — commemorating the 37th anniversary of the triumph of the Popular Sandinista Revolution.
The main event celebrating the 1979 victory over the Somoza dictatorship takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, in Managua, the Nicaraguan capital.
Among those on the Cuban delegation to Nicaragua are the Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations, Ana Teresita González Fraga, and Cuba’s ambassador to Nicaragua, Eduardo Martínez.
