Mariana Grajals dia madresA floral wreath in the name of the Cuban people was placed at the tomb of Mariana Grajales, in Santiago de Cuba’s Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, on May 8, Mother’s Day in Cuba.

In the presence of Lázaro Expósito Canto, first Party Secretary in the province, and Reinaldo García Zapata, president of the Provincial Assembly, members of the José Martí Honor Guard placed the wreath which was unveiled by two veterans of the Revolution.
