On Thursday, May 21, the third round of conversations between Cuba and the United States regarding the process of reestablishing diplomatic relations and the opening of embassies in both countries, will be held in Washington.
This encounter will be a continuation of previous talks held on January 22, in Havana and February 27, in Washington, as well as a follow-up meeting which took place in the Cuban capital, March 16. The Cuban delegation will be presided by Josefina Vidal Ferreiro, Ministry of Foreign Relations directorgeneral for the United States.
