One of the ways to help Cubans is for Congress to lift the “embargo” (blockade) once and for all, stated the President of the United States of America Barack Obama, speaking to U.S. business representatives and members of the Cuban sate and private sector participating in a Business Forum held in Old Havana’s Antiguo Almacén de la Madera y el Tabaco, March 21.
