Chaired by its First Secretary Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, the 8th Plenum of the Communist Party of Cuba’s Central Committee was held, with two days of work devoted to analysis of the latest draft of the proposed Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, reflecting the popular consultation process, which will be presented to deputies in the next session of the National Assembly of People’s Power, at which time all the details will be offered to our people.
