This encounter will be a continuation of previous talks held on January 22, in Havana and February 27, in Washington, as well as a follow-up meeting which took place in the Cuban capital, March 16. The Cuban delegation will be presided by Josefina Vidal Ferreiro, Ministry of Foreign Relations directorgeneral for the United States.
