<p>Bolivia&#8217;s Communication Minister, Amanda Davila, will open the ULAN Executive Council&#8217;s sessions at the Bolivian Executive headquarters, suggesting a possible meeting with Bolivian President Evo Morales and Vice President Alvaro Garcia.</p>
<p>With the premise of democratizing information and contributing to the integration of regional peoples, the ULAN, founded in Caracas in 2011, will gather representatives from Telam (Argentina), AVN (Venezuela), Prensa Latina (based in Cuba), and AGN (Guatemala).</p>
<p>IP (Paraguay), Andes (Ecuador), EBC (Brazil), and the host ABI will also attend the event. Andina (Peru) will participate as a guest.</p>
