		<description><![CDATA[Convicted people like so many other denominations - Blacks, old, children, ill/diseased, Iraqis, on and on are not people.  You can tell by how abused tortured murdered bombed starved denied degraded they are by imperialism.
The opposite is the case for people living in places struggling to establish the comforts of socialism communism, toward the resultant anarchism that results from justice, aptly described as the withering away of the State caused by full sufficiency for all citizens.  Then government, having adequately distributed the benefits of mutualistic living, becomes no longer necessary.  Along with it, democracy as process - yes, you can have, some water/no you cannot have some water fades as well with the intention and limits of ability to provide equally well for all - people and Earth.]]></description>
