		<description><![CDATA[I think Josefina Vidal, Cuba&#039;s extraordinary Minister of North American Affairs, is the most important person on the island (after Fidel Castro&#039;s influence and legacy) and the biggest impediment to the latest lushly funded anti-Cuban tactic organized from California, Panama, etc., by the incredibly ambitious (and vain) Stephanie Rudat, who obviously has mustered startling support from the most powerful and visceral forces in both Miami and Washington. Vidal vs. Rudat will be interesting, as is every aspect of the U. S. - Cuban conundrum.]]></description>
