I am interested in attending and had thought to atend today. Short of waiting for the clerk’s office to open at 8 I have no way of knowing if trial will proceed on schedule; in fact; I’m sorry to say, I do not even know if Judge Cardone holds court on Fridays.

I expect closing arguments will soon commence and I am considering plans to stay in EP for parts of that duration. My point being: I do not reside in EP, however, I am nearby.
